TechnoMailer operates on the principle of "Implicit Consent through Design Integrity." We do not utilize third-party cookies or intrusive tracking mechanisms that infringe upon the digital sovereignty of the recipient.

All interaction data is processed on-device where possible, using zero-knowledge proofs to ensure that engagement metrics do not reveal individual identities. Your subscribers belong to your brand, not to our database.

We strictly comply with GDPR, CCPA, and the emerging Editorial Ethics Standards for digital communication.

Studio Terms

Engagement with TechnoMailer requires an initial Immersion phase. We do not provide "quick turnarounds" or "generic marketing templates."

Intellectual Property: All editorial frameworks developed during a campaign remain the property of TechnoMailer unless a comprehensive IP Buy-Out is specified in the project contract. Licensing is granted for the duration of the campaign lifecycle.

Payment Schedules: 50% deposit required at the Immersion phase, with the remaining 50% due upon production sign-off.
